Beautiful vintage wooden tennis racquet by Spalding, ca. 1950s. Includes vintage brace, by Bancroft. This is the Doris Hart Signature Model. Doris Hart was a well known tennis pro during the 1940s and 1950s. Made of solid white ash. Excellent condition. Only very minor wear and tear, see photos. The stringing is in great shape, very tight. Looks to be barely used. Use for a game of tennis, or just as wall decor. Measures 27" from end to end. Head measures 12" x 9".
