This is an authentic used Wilson Pro Staff 97 Mid-Plus (97 inch Head size) tennis racquet with a 4½ grip size. This Racquet comes strung with a hybrid stringing combination of Polyester in the mains, and a Technifibre multi-filament string in the crosses, has the original grip on it, and does not come with a cover. This Wilson Pro Staff 97 Mid-Plus racquet is in excellent shape for a used racquet with some minor scratches on the grommets of the racquet, and no paint chips on the body of the racquet. Co-designed by Roger Federer, the Pro Staff delivers the pure classic feel players have come to love but with an all-new uncontaminated design. Roger's personal racquet is now offered with more power, a larger head size and a bigger sweet spot. It delivers a clean response for the most advanced players. This model is lighter than the RF model for easier handling. This is the second generation of the Pro Staff 97 - the lighter, faster version of Federer’s RF 97 Autograph. With this update, Wilson gives you a more user-friendly entry point into the legendary feel and precision of the Pro Staff universe. Although the target specs remain the same, this version of the Pro Staff 97 has been meticulously reengineered with the elegant stylings and innovative paint finish that Federer chose for his RF 97. On court this stick offers you not only decent stability at impact, and it whips through contact with surprising ease. The crisp feel is punctuated by exceptional vibration dampening and excellent ball feedback, two things made possible by some quintessential Pro Staff ingredients: a Braided Graphite layup coupled with a wonderfully thin 21.5mm beam. Factor in the open 16x19 string pattern and you have enough spin potential to paint the lines.
