This is some kind of vintage aluminum metal tennis racquet brace/frame and is probably from the 1960s. It would make a good display with a vintage tennis racquet or it can also be used as an actual tennis racquet brace. It is in good condition with some minor scratches and scuffs. It measures about 10 1/2" in diameter and is probably cast aluminum. It has what appears to be a stainless steel nut and bolt center with an easy to tighten center handle. The outer feet are lined in red felt. Markings on the item include: Zephyr, 65 Made in France, Modele Depose, Brevete S.G.D.G., Marque Deposee and 93 Made in France.
