Dunlop Revelation 200G Pro, mid tennis racquet
Estimated price for orientation: 42 $
Category: Fine Racquets
Class:
Description Brand: Dunlop Grip Size: 4 5/8"
This is Dunlop's first "re-incarnation" of the iconic 200g line. It is composed of braided graphite and was used on tour in the 1990's by Mark Philippoussis. Specs as follows...
Beam: 20mm
Stiffness: 62
Head size: 95sq in
Weight: 327g
Swing weight: 305
String pattern: 18/20 I purchased this racquet brand new, and it remained stored unstrung, in it's original packaging for... a while. The original grip was all gummed up under it's plastic, so I replaced it with a new leather grip. I strung it at 53lbs with Weiss Cannon Match Power -- a soft co-poly, and a type of string not yet invented when this stick was designed. Consequently, it felt a bit harsh. I suspect it would feel much better strung with a multi or synthetic gut. But, I only hit for about 10 or 15 minutes and just didn't see the need to cut the strings out. I suggest you try it, and re-string it if desired. Thanks for looking!
