No material nicks, cuts, scrapes, dimples or other abrasions on this Pro Staff Midsize 41/2 grip and good original head cover--You can see the "HMO" or "HMQ" letter designation below the "W" on the butt cap--and that may mean something to you--I do not have the expertise to distinguish a St Vincent frame from a St.. Anything else. There are two small red marks near two of the "PWS" --suggesting to me that the frame was red before being painted black
