From the baseline, this racquet offers a slightly livelier feel compared to its predecessors -- most likely due to the open 16x19 string pattern compared to the 18x20 pattern of previous versions. Spin is easy to generate with plenty of bite from the stringbed that blends well with the fast and maneuverable feel. No matter if the player is hitting hard, aggressive shots or slowing the swing down for touch, the response is supremely comfortable. At net the racquet provides a crisp and clean feel. Again, control is excellent with pinpoint precision on both punch and touch volleys.
