It is the VOLKL TOUR 9 V-Engine Mid-Plus 98sq Head size with 4.1/2 #4 grip, 18x20 string pattern, 10.9 oz, 22mm, 27", with clear/black/red end cap with Sensor Tour Handle System on the bottom.
