Bought directly from Babolat for home use but we get our racquets strung by pro-shop so this is essentially brand new and in perfect cosmetic and working order. Was only used it to string a few racquets when we took stringing lesson so it is not technically brand new. We just don't use it. The person who recommended the machine to us uses his at the the US Open to string the pros racquets. We figured that given the investment in junior tennis, it made sense to have tension calibrated perfectly. We had to buy directly from Babolat because they do not sell it through discounters. We are first owner and machine number will be registered to our name at their factory so 100% authentic machine - guaranteed. Here is a link to only other seller we found. We prefer to sell it locally so that person can see it first and pick up in person to save shipping charges.
