Genuine leather grip; strung with Babalot Natural Gut Mains and IsoSpeed Professional Mulitifilliament in the crosses.(There is some fraying on the strings but they should have a decent amount of play left in them; natural gut will hold tension until it breaks.)With this fine update to the Pro Staff 95 BLX, Wilson serves up a speedy racquet with that magical Pro Staff blend of control and feel. With its 'whippy' headlight balance and very manageable swingweight (308 RDC), the Pro Staff 95 offers explosive acceleration and easy access to spin. It also provides surgical targeting thanks to the unmistakeable blend of feel and precision that comes from its compact 95 square inch head and thin beam. In short, this is one of those racquets where the ball leaves the stringbed with no surprises.
