I bought this for my brother to use and he did so only a few times.  *The case's name inner name/i.d. card is un-dedicated. * A few scuffs on the protective stripes, but that's what those stripes are there for, to protect.  *The hand-grip has a few scuffs and stains, but the handle's cover / tape is very easily replaced, so it's a non-issue.  Thanks for looking ;-)
