For your consideration: Up for auction we have a very nice Wilson Hyper Carbon Hyper Hammer 5.3 graphite tennis racquet. The basic racquet measurements are as follows: Total Racquet Length: 27 1/52 inches Total Inside Diameter Head Length: 14 inches Total Inside Diameter Head Width: 10 inchesTotal Head Size: 100 sq. in.
Grip Size: 4 3/4 inches Racquet Weight: 11.2 ounces This Wilson Hyper Hammer 5.3 is a really great, super light and agile...all around performing racquet. With it's 110 Sq. In. oversize head, and weight of 9.2 oz. you have a super agile and well balanced racquet, equally adept and power ground strokes or serve and volley. I personally think it is a particuarly great frame for a aggressive serve and volley...or aggressive ground stroke/approach shot/charge the net play. If you like to attack your opponent at every chance and angle, this racquet will really do the job! Again...just a really nice all around high performing racquet!
This is a very understated looking racquet as well!The grip on this racquet had been over-wrapped, so it is super soft and tacky...but...the grip size shown is the new over-wrapped grip size...NOT...the original factory grip size.
This racquet is used, but is in very good condition, showing light to moderate signs of use or wear...be sure to look at the condition description box for a much more detailed description of the condition.
If you need or want a super clean mint condition racquet, this one is not what you want...BUT...if you need/want a good outdoor court...or indoor court "bang around" rough and tumble racquet, for rougher play or hard core training...where you want to save your super clean racquet from potential abuse...then this racquet is perfect for you!
