....................pictured above is a sometimes very hard to find Wilson Ncode n3 oversize tennis racket....size 4 1/4  !!..........this model racket is 113 sq inches and has a 16 x 19 string pattern.....a new, what I consider to be kind of thin grip I put over the old grip....so essentially its a new grip...but has a solid thick feel to it...but not a hard feel to the grip.....older tennis players may know what i mean by that.....they didn't have these high tech rackets when i was a kid in the 70's...!!ok....so you have played with or owned one of these rackets previously(I play with N3 racket on a regular basis---when i play once a week) and these are the things to bear in mind when buying a used racket here on ebay.....accurate written description and lots of pictures....one or just a few is like a week second serve....does the seller offer to send more pics if requested...does the seller encourage questions....or just post up some so-so pictures and mention common playwear and courtrash that's expected from older rackets.....has the seller actually used the very racket....or a similar model.....so you know that they know what they are talking about??...better to be informed than to be oblivious!!....First off....brand new Ncode N3 rackets do come up for sale every once in a year--here on ebay---and they usually get 3-350 bucks...strung or unstrung....the racket you are looking at here is used....its actually a friend I'm selling for ...because she had knee surgery and wont be playing for a very long time....she is the original owner....and LOOK---THERES THE ORIGINAL SHOCK ABSORBER SPONGE that back in the day came with these rackets when they were new!the strings absolutely DO NEED TO BE REPLACED......the current ones may last a couple weeks....or a couple sets...they are definitely worn and frayed....for this racket I like to use GRAPHITE STRINGS....NYLON GRAPHITE OR SOMETHING SIMILAR...these rackets have lots of power....its good to have more than just a regular nylon string in your racket....where the ball stays on the string just a bit longer for control....but that's my opinon.....Ive never been in favor of cheap/inexpensive nylon strings----on a spool or in a package...they are still bottom line strings.....WITH THIS RACKET...you are purchasing it...knowing you will be replacing the strings for like 20 bucks at your local shop....and that's why my racket is priced lower---with that consideration....The grip is way good to go on this racket...and the overall frame structure of this racket is very good....there are three very small places that do have what would be called court scrape----or court flake...where the outside white paint has been chipped/clipped off.....I consider the word dig---to basically mean you practically swung your racket on the downswing into the court like a small shovel...and dug up some of the court...as you hit more of the court than the ball....!...THERE ARE NO DIGS ON THIS RACKET....something like this goes all the way to the frame itself and also CHAFES away at the frame....this racket is awesome for your serve and return of serve....great for the forehand and volleys......and this racket make all these shots even easier regardless if I'm using topspin or slice or flatshots......backhand wise....my backhand is just average----and this racket really helps out my backhand slice even more---and is easy to manage---the backhand slice.....any questions or if you want more pictures message me....shipped in a super kewl and sturdy tennis racket box....its all that for a box!!shipping is priority mail with ****signature confirmation***  someone at your residence needs to sign for the racket/item at usps delivery time.....
