For your consideration: Up for auction we have a really nice vintage Wilson High Beam Kevlar Select 7.6se Kevlar Graphite tennis racquet. The basic racquet measurements are as follows: Total Length: 27 inches Total Inside Head Length: 13 3/4 inches Total Inside Head Width: 10 inchesTotal Head Size: 110 Sq. In.
Grip Size: 4 5/8 inches Racquet Weight: 12.8 ounces The Wilson Kevlar Select series came out in the mid/late 90's...part of the Kevlar/Graphite combo boom of racquets from that era. The idea behind the Kevlar/Graphite racquets was that the Kevlar fibers offered great strength and stiffness, and thus power. This racquet also featured Wilson's "High Beam" frame design, which featured a slightly larger more rounded frame beam, which again was aimed at gaining stiffness and thus power and stability. At 12.8 ounces, this racquet does feel it's weight, but has a really nice, very balanced feel, and does offer very very good power, and great stability on serves, overheads, and volleys.If you are looking at this, I suspect you know that you are looking for, and this racquet will not disappoint you...in looks, feel, or power!
This is a very colorfully bold and dynamic looking racquet as well! This racquet is used, but is in really excellent condition, showing just very very light signs of use or wear.
