REVIEW- Its light weight, midplus head and 1/2" inch of extended length make it a natural choice for serve and volley players and doubles specialists, while the open 16x20 string pattern is ideal for topspin and slice shots. If you're an aggressive 3.5-4.5 all-court or serve and volleyer looking for a new stick with great maneuverability and tempered power, at an incredible price, the Prince Triple Threat Attitude is hard to beat. Baseliners will appreciate its power from the backcourt, while serve-and-volleyers will like it's maneuverability on serves and at net. FEATURES- If they ranked racquets according to value, the Prince Triple Threat Attitude would rate near or at the top. It features Prince's full line of technologies:
Triple Threat construction- Triple braid of woven titanium, copper and carbon placed in three locations- 10, 2 o'clock and the bottom of handle. This creates a larger sweetspot and maximum stability for perfect power and control.
Sweet Spot Suspension System- String support system, designed to dampen vibration and increase sweet spot size providing larger grommets typically at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock. These larger grommets allow the strings better movement upon impact, thus providing greater forgiveness on off-center hits. This creates a larger sweetspot.
Longbody Technology- Any Prince racquet longer than the standard 27 inch length. Stretch racquets provide more power (leverage), extend reach, and provide better angles when serving
GraphitExtreme Composition- For stiffness and strength without sacrificing weight.
Condition- NEW STRINGS. Light scratches to bumper. Sides have light scratches and are in very good condition. A couple of tiny chips. See pics. Overall in very good condition. 4 3/8" grip size. New Gamma synthetic gut strings. Grip in great condition. NOTE: 'P' decal missing from bottom of grip
Bottom Line- The Triple Threat Attitudes were not designed to replace any specific previous Prince models. The Attitude stand on their own merits." Tennis Magazine agreed, bestowing upon the Triple Threat Attitudes its coveted "Editor's Choice" award (September, 2001). Upon first glance, specifications seem to indicate a Midplus (100 square inches) offering with classic 'tweener category characteristics, favoring players who need more power than a traditional player's racquet but more control than provided by game improvement models.
