Grip Size: 4 5/8 inches Racquet Weight: 9.6 ounces This Head Metallix 6 is an interesting racquet. It came forth from Head with all manner of high tech design...and was a "love/hate" racquet with players...and remains so to this day. If you are looking at this item, then I suspect you know what this racquet is, and what it can do. These racquets are particularly a favorite of racquet "garage tickerers" who like to mess with and modify their racquets. The one thing all these Metallix 6 fans/tinkerers have told me is that if you know how to handle it...this is a VERY potent and powerful racquet...much like the Wilson T-2000 was in the mid/late 70's.
This is a low key, but still dynamic looking racquet as well! This racquet is used, but is in excellent condition, showing just light signs of use or wear. The grip is freshly over-wrapped, so it is super soft and tacky. The grip size listed for this racquet IS the new over-wrapped grip size...NOT...the factory grip size.
