The longer length, 27.25 " adds extra leverage allowing the player to accelerate more powerfully through contact. At net, the larger head allows the player to make clean and powerful contact with the ball. Grip: 4 5/8 Please note the racquet says 4 3/8 but it has been built to a 4 5/8. You can change it back by taking off the grip and whatever is under it.
