TAD DAVIS Custom Classic 4-1/2" Grip Size measured with flex tape, shown as "3L", beautiful laminated wood like a piece of fine furniture. Frame is straight, includes Wood Frame Press with "speed" wing nuts, includes Victor Davis head cover equally vintage with some scuff blemishes and a sewn zipper at head top. Appears the springs on the wings speed nuts from the frame press damaged the head cover zipper which is why the zipper sewn repair, which works fine. Strings might be original as one the "nylon plastic type" string bumpers is still in place. See photo. No cracks or known issues making this a nice collector example piece or for use in a woodie tournament. This racquet has been in our family since the late 1960's, but I don't know the exact date.
