DescriptionWe are pleased to have acquired a large collection of vintage, antique, and used tennis racquets. Many unusual and rare collector items will be presented. Auction lots will be added weekly. For your bidding pleasure is an F. H. Ayres Richmond model. This totally unique model has an ultra-thin shaft and a specially designed anti-shock grip. Pristine gut, very slight head warp is not visible when hung. Expected wear found throughout. The only one we have seen. The racquet is a richer light brown color than the photos show. The photos make the racket look more taupey. Measures approximately 27-1/4 x 8-1/2 inches. Please see all photos to help with the description. We welcome your questions.
