This is an extremely light-weight (10 oz.) carbon racquet. I have one and it has allowed me to move the racquet extremely fast when shots coming at me have almost passed me by...it has actually amazed me at times. But, as a finesse player who likes to play drop shots and spins (especially on my slice serves), I am really enjoying this very unique racquet. When hitting a spin and swinging the racquet, because of its unusual shape, it presents more surface area with which to spin the ball - in my opinion. It's also helpful for a slice serve, in that, again, there is a larger surface on which to create the spin. For example, the ball hits the strings from a different and wider angle so that by rotating the head of the racquet, the additional width of the racquet permits additional friction on a slice. This also provides a larger sweet spot than traditional racquets. The cost of the racquet in Germany is $267with cover but without strings and without shipping costs.
