From the history: The first Russian racket appeared in 1906 in Moscow workshop, the owners of which were brothers Maxim and Michael Tsygankov. The range was the following: 1 grade "Maxim" 2nd grade "Moscow"; 3 grade "Ideal"; grade 4 "Children". The racket after the work had been tested, after which sorted. Each variety separately was carried out. Russian rackets are not inferior in quality to foreign analogues, but were much cheaper. Preserved honorary diploma testifying that the Russian racket "Maxim"was awarded a silver prize at the International exhibition of sports equipment 1914 in London. The popularity of rackets brothers Tsygankovs, through the use of their champion by count Mikhail Sumarokov-Elston, was soon allowed to expand production, which became known as the "factory". On the rackets "Maxim" began to make gilded embossed autographed by Sumarokov
