Up for auction is a used, WILSON PRO STAFF 95S (2014) 95 sq. in. tennis racquet with 4 3/8 grip. Please see photos for details of condition. Racquet is in good USED condition. This racquet was used for about a year as a backup. Has light scratches around frame, a few small chips around top of hoop. Strung with Poly/Syn Gut Hybrid (not much life left in strings). Of course the 95S is more than a topspin machine. It's also a member of the vaunted Pro Staff tradition. This means it has a wonderfully thin beam (18mm) along with Wilson's time tested graphite/Kevlar layup and Perimeter Weight System (PWS). The overall result is a racquet that wraps the modern virtues of speed and spin inside a truly classic feel. Compared to the stiffer, more modern frames in its weight class, this one offers a decidedly plusher ride. It also has the kind of low-powered response that allows big hitters to take huge cuts at the ball. At net this racquet offers fast handling and plenty of feel for touch volleys. The Pro Staff 95S is also great on service returns where it moves into position quickly and provides aggressive returners with instant offense.
