Description Brand: HEAD Country/Region of Manufacture: China Model: Pro Tour 280 Grip Size: 4 5/8" MPN: Does Not Apply UPC: Does not apply
Offered here is my Head Pro Tour 280 mid-plus-size tennis racquet with 4-5/8" grip size. This was my backup racquet for a couple years and saw infrequent use. In 2010, I re-aggrivated an old pelvic injury and was forced to stop playing. I kept most of my gear with the hope I could return to play some day. It's time to accept that isn't going to happen. The racquet is in very good condition. It was strung with Gosen 17 ga 7 years ago so the strings are probably brittle by now. As you can tell by the shorty grip, I played single-handed and cut my grips down to remove unnecessary weight from the handle and racquet center. I've included a new Wilson replacement grip.To improve stability, I also trimmed down weight in the center by removing excess material from the plastic head guard and the four plastic grommets in the throat. Try it, you might like it. If you don't, I've included a new bumper kit so you can restore it to new condition. You can choose between USPS or FedEx shipping. Click on the "shipping and payments" tab above to compare the rates. No international sales on this, please.2 more photos have been added, by request.
