Returns will be accepted on this item. Please contact us prior to making a return so we can authorize it. For items that are accurately described the buyer pays the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item and any return shipping expenses to get the item back to us. Some of our items have “FREE SHIPPING”. Although shipping is free for the buyer, Treasurehoard still pays for shipping and insurance for these items.
