The Engage Encore (Color Enhanced) Pickleball Paddle was designed to be a great paddle for both power and control. We think its a great choice for the middle of the road power and control. The honeycomb polymer core produces a hitting surface which the ball consistently pops off, no matter where it hits on the face. The fiberglass skin provides excellent ball control. The face is a glossy white color, and is surrounded by a stark black edge guard. On the lower left of the face, "EngagePickleball.com'' and "Made in the U.S.A.'' are found. The name of the paddle is on the lower right side of the face. In the lower center, just above the handle, is the EncorePickleball logo. The NEW Enhanced Colors offers some new color choices.Only the Engage Encore Pickleball Paddle was specially designed to maximize deflection (power) and surface roughness (spin). Based on USAPA guidelines, the Encore hits both limits.The engineering of the Encore goes further, by maximizing the amount of time the ball stays on the paddle, enabling the soft feel you need to command the soft (net) game.The 'Encore' (Color Enhanced) Pickleball paddle by Engage Pickleball is the same exact paddle as the legacy traditional all white 'Encore'.
