This was just a back up as you can see it has its original grip on it. If you carefully examine it you might notice a little scratch or a little small scuff here and there but it is close to perfect condition. You will not be disappointed this one is really nice. The case says MedPlus but it is a oversize. The butt is marked #4 this converts to a US 4 1/2. Please make sure this is your correct size as all sales are final. The original grip is badly deteriorating and will need immediate replacement. This will not last as it has been priced to sell. Check my feedback and buy with confidence
