Excellent vintage condition. Small blemish on the bottom of the handle is the only imperfection. Includes original cover. This racquet is from the 1960's and is a Wilson Jack Kramer Autograph model. Jack Kramer was John Albert Kramer (August 1, 1921 – September 12, 2009) an American tennis player of the 1940s and 1950s. A World No. 1 player for a number of years, and one of the most important people in the establishment of modern men's "Open"-era tennis, he was the leading promoter of professional tennis tours in the 1950s and 1960s. The racquet is made of beautiful lacquered wood, with glossy-varnished layers of wood in the head decaled areas that say "Speed Flex Fibre Face" "Made in USA" and "Endorsed by JACK KRAMER for Championship Play." There is a gold crown decal. The handle is brown leather wrapped around the wood of the handle. Although it is obviously used, it is in Excellent condition. The racquet measures 27" long and 9" wide, the head is 12 1/2" long, and the handle is 15". The weight/size is Light 4 3/8”. 12.91 - 13.24 ounces.
