For your consideration: Up for auction we have a really nice Wilson Sledge Hammer 3.8 Stretch graphite tennis racquet. The basic racquet measurements are as follows: Total Length: 27 3/4 inchesHead Size: 112 Square Inches
Total Head Length: 13 1/2 inches Total Head Width: 10 1/2 inches Grip Size: 4 1/2 inches Racquet Weight: 9.6 ounces This Wilson Sledge Hammer racquet is...as it's model name implies...and power players racquet! It is super light and just begs to blast away from the baseline, or pound service return winners. If you are a "Brash Basher from Bellevue"...{;-)...you are gonna love this racquet...BUT...at 9.6 ounces, this racquet is also super super quick and agile, so it can really rocket serves, and be lightning quick at the net. If you are a power player...either from the baseline, or at the net attacking...have a look at this racquet!
This is a really subtle, but menacing looking racquet as well! This racquet is pre-owned, but is in excellent condition, showing just light signs of use or wear, primarily in the form of a number of very very tiny chips in the finish in a number of spots on the head and frame. The chips are all very tiny, and are somewhat hard to see with the darker finish of the racquet. The grip is the freshly overwrapped, and is super soft and sticky!
