BUYERS:If for any reason you have an issue with your purchase, contact me member-to-member. To do this, click on Order details and then Contact Seller. AT THIS POINT, select "I have a question about using my item or I want to send this seller a message". By doing this, we can resolve any issues you may have. If I do NOT offer acceptable customer service, then you have the option of escalating the issue through eBay. As of May, 2014, eBay has changed their policies and any CASE for any reason and regardless of the end resolution, has an adverse effect on Sellers, both in their rating status and the fees charged by eBay.

I only accept PayPal. Payments are required within 7 days from the date of purchase or auction end.
Items not paid within this time will be re-listed. Even though we pack very carefully, we have no control over the handling of the package after it leaves our possession. For that reason we like to make sure that it's delivery is insured. I will be happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.
